POP3 Mailserver Maintenance

Maintenance work scheduled for the POP3 mailserver.
Work will be carried out on the mailserver today which is necessary in light of the issues experienced last week. The service unavailable for around 5 minutes during this work which may also require the web server to be restarted which will take 5-10 minutes. No incoming mail should be lost as the default procedure for servers sending mail is to retry after a short period.
Users on Hosted Exchange servers will not be affected.
Update: The mailserver update has been carried out, total downtime was less than sixty seconds.
